The Chronicle of Evidence-Based Mentoring is a resource for sharing new findings and ideas about youth mentoring. The goal of the Chronicle is to encourage active dialogue around evidence-based practice in youth mentoring in ways that improve the practice of youth mentoring.
SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION
We’re working with the Chronicle of Evidence-Based Mentoring to boost their search engine optimization (SEO) in order to reach more email and podcast subscribers, and to share news, trends, and resources in youth mentoring.
AS A RESULT…
- Within one month of targeted content updates (50 of CEBM’s 900+ pages), we saw a 37% increase in search engine traffic.
- Also within that month, user visits increased overall by 29%, and bounce rate decreased by 17%.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Our team currently manages the Chronicle’s social media accounts as a way to expand its reach onto other platforms to share some of the many excellent resources the Chronicle has to offer. Right now, the Chronicle does not run any paid advertising campaigns on social networks—all of our work is through targeted posting to maximize organic reach.
AS A RESULT…
- Within one month, social media referrals climbed by 104%.
- Within six months, social media referrals continued to climb an average of 20% month after month.
