With a background in analytics, development, and communications, she helps you find the most efficient and engaging way to tell your story, share your message, and inspire your supporters. A graduate of the George Washington University, Sarah is a member of the Digital Analytics Association, managing editor at InnovationManagement.se, and operates the travel blog Frayed Passport. Robin Van Auken

Robin Van Auken  Account Manager

Robin keeps our work organized and on-track by developing SOPs, managing accounts, and conducting client training sessions. She also takes on many of our website development and management projects, keeping our clients happy and their sites up-to-date. With 35+ years’ experience as a writer and 15+ years’ experience as a freelance web designer and marketer, Robin has worked with nonprofits, associations, clubs, small businesses, and entrepreneurs. She is also the founder of Hands on Heritage.

David Baker

David Baker IT & Development

David makes sure that all of our networks are running in top shape, completely-up-to date, and secure. He prides himself in his attention to detail, and strives to ensure all of our clients’ technical needs are attended to quickly and efficiently. Outside of work, he loves rewatching The West Wing with his rescue dog, and trying out new breweries on his travels.

Dani Oliva

Dani Oliva  Marketing Assistant

Currently in university, Dani is our multi-talented marketing assistant. She designs much of our clients’ social media graphics and featured images, helps with copywriting, and lots more—she loves having a new project to take on or a puzzle to solve and aspires to run her own company one day.
